Bear Ridge can complete the job to your desired specifications. Our welders are certified in D1.1 code standards by the AWS, and projects are monitored by our in house CWI (Certified Welding Inspector).

Welding

Bear Ridge specializes in a variety of welding procedures depending on the job. We operate a modern welding facility with up-to-date equipment to deliver a high quality product and meet your deadlines.

Bending, Forming and Rolling

Bear Ridge offers metal plate rolling & bending. We can also perform ancillary operations including welding, punching, beveling, drilling and grinding.

Ultra High Pressure Water Jet Cutting

Capable of cutting a variety of materials up to 6 inches thick, water jets yield a burr-free finished edge and helps reduce machining time further along in the build process.

Plasma and Shear Cutting

Bear Ridge utilizes Messer’s Metal Master Evolution high definition CNC plasma machine. Bear Ridge also operates an assortment of shears designed for production jobs that are capable of cutting and punching angle, flat stock and channel.

Field Welding and Line Boring

Our field team will go on site to make emergency repairs to heavy equipment and material handling systems. We use Climax boring equipment to get your equipment in an as-new condition.
